In this 8-week Intro Series to Speed Development, athletes will learn how to properly sprint through Sprint Mechanics, Plyometrics and Change of Direction drills, covering the essential principles of speed training. Coaches Consultations & Player Education Seminars

A coach’s consultation includes 1 to 1.5 hours of education, periodization planning, and answers to any questions to help sports coaches manage their teams effectively and prevent athlete fatigue while promoting development.
Coaches can schedule a meeting, either virtually or in-person, to discuss stress management strategies, how to structure training sessions effectively, and receive guidance on preparing their athletes for the next level.

Youth Athlete Development is often overlooked in today’s society, largely due to the lack of education and resources provided to young athletes. This educational seminar will emphasize the importance of strength and conditioning, guide athletes on how to incorporate it into their weekly routines, and outline what to focus on during both in-season and off-season training. Additionally, it will help them prepare for the transition to collegiate athletics. The seminar will last one hour and will cover all of these topics, providing athletes with valuable insights into what it takes to compete at the collegiate level.
